Returns & Refunds
Our 30-day returns policy
We offer returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. For a change-of-mind return, items should be unworn, unused and in their original condition, with any original labels attached where possible. You can examine and try on items as you would in a shop. This additional policy does not affect your statutory rights.
How to request a return
Email info@throwbackboxing.co.uk with your order number, the item you want to return and the reason for your request. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Please contact us before sending a parcel back.
Who pays return postage?
For a change-of-mind return under our voluntary 30-day policy, you pay the cost of returning the item. We recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of postage. If we have sent an incorrect item, or the goods are faulty, we will arrange an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs where required by law.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, subject to your statutory rights. For statutory cancellations, we will refund amounts due within the applicable legal timescales. Where the law permits, we may wait until we receive the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back.
Your statutory cancellation rights
For most online purchases, you can cancel within 14 days after the goods are delivered and then have a further 14 days to send them back. Certain exceptions apply. We will refund the standard outbound delivery cost where legally required; any extra cost for a more expensive delivery option you chose may not be refundable. If you handled an item beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, a lawful deduction for diminished value may apply.
Faulty goods
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not limited by our 30-day change-of-mind policy. If something arrives faulty or develops a fault, contact us so we can assess the appropriate repair, replacement, refund or other remedy under UK law.
